Wipebot

Terms

Last changed 28 October 2026.

Wipebot is run by one person in their spare time, free and without ads. By adding the Discord bot to a server or connecting Wipebot in Claude or ChatGPT, you agree to these terms. What it keeps about you is on the privacy page.

  • Best effort. Wipebot comes as it is, with no guarantee that it's up, fast or right. It can change, limit or stop at any time, with or without notice.
  • Answers can be wrong. They're written by an AI model from Warcraft Logs and game guides, and can misread a log or a fight. Check what matters in the log before you act on it, above all before you bench or blame anyone.
  • Free answers are shared. In Discord, each server gets a share of a monthly budget for free answers. Don't try to get around it, for example with many servers or accounts, and don't use Wipebot in bulk or from scripts. A server or user that does may be limited or removed.
  • Your own key. When an admin adds the server's own AI key with /wipebot key, its answers are billed to that key by its provider, under their terms. Set a limit on the key; the admin is responsible for what it spends.
  • What you send. You're responsible for what you ask and save, such as raid notes and plans. Don't use Wipebot to harass players or to post what you have no right to share.
  • Not official. Wipebot isn't made or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment, Warcraft Logs, Discord, Anthropic or OpenAI. World of Warcraft is a trademark of Blizzard Entertainment. Logs and guides belong to their owners.
  • Liability. As far as the law allows, the person who runs Wipebot isn't liable for any loss from using it, or from not being able to.
  • Changes. These terms may change; the date above says when they last did. Using Wipebot after a change means you accept it.

Norwegian law applies. Questions, or a problem to report: [email protected]. Wipebot's code is open source on GitHub, under its own license.
